  2. Status of PDC documentation
    A) Installers & instructions Installer Instructions

    Current http://www.dev.pki.vt.edu/pdc

    Mary Dunker will request that Frank Galligan move the current content on the development (dev link above) server to production ASAP. This includes the most recent installation instructions from the SETI test & deployment team. Also, Frank is to verify that the most recently tested install scripts are available on the ITA download server.

  3. Status of form for "vouching" for someones identity.
    • Here's a draft from Susan.

      Agreed upon additions to form:
      * Include "Registration Authority Administrator" under the department head "methods" section.
      * Include these 2 methods for verifying the identity of the department head:
      * Signature database
      * Phone call to higher level organization (e.g., dean's office)
      * Include these 2 out of 3 methods for verifying that the individual is the department head:
      * Hokie Passport
      * Other government-issued photo ID
      * Successfully access PDC on eToken (with correct password)

      We also agreed to not makes this form available on the web to circumvent the possibility of a department head filling it out without coming in person to StuTel.
