The next time you use your eToken, you may be prompted to change your eToken password because it has expired. Password expiration has been eliminated in the next release of the eToken RTE Installation software, now available at https://ita.vt.edu/?. On the one-year anniversary of receiving their eTokens, Windows users will be prompted to change their eToken passwords. For more information on changing your password, see How do I change my eToken password?.

To avoid the password change prompt you can install http://www.ita.vt.edu/Apps/WebObjects/NetSoftware.woa/wa/ShareAction/496381 for Widows. The new Windows RTE software supports Vista.
