* Caller must have the VT ID number of the person who's certificate is being revoked.
* In addition to the VT ID number we must verify the identity of the caller whether it is someone revoking their own certificate or a supervisor revoking the certificate of an employee.
* For a phoned-in revocation there is no way of knowing whether you are a supervisor or a department head (3rd bullet).
* The identity questions are to identify the caller whether employee revoking their own certificate or a supervisor revoking an employees.
* Joyce will redraft the procedures into 2 discernable sections. One for a caller revoking their own certificate. A second for a supervisor revoking an employees certificate.
* eProvisioning needs the names and id's for VTOC employees who need revocation authority (or role).
* eProvisioning will train VTOC agents on TAS revocation after Fall 2007 rush is over. Approximate date is September 9, 2007.
* SETI Test & Deployment needs at least one of their employees to have the TAS revocation role and any other needed accounts and authorizations in order to test properly. Testing can be completed once this is done.
