CNS/NI&S: The CNO group will be continuing to convert buildings over to Unified Communications, at the same time they will continue migrating university buildings over to the new Core networks, and the Field Engineering teams in coordination with CNO will be continuing the Wireless Improvement project. Any network interruptions will be coordinated with the departments involved and will be announced through the normal channels, namely VT-DNET.

UC Infrastructure upgrade scheduled for morning of Saturday, March 8th. Details: Will this affect digital and/or analog devices? What about Call Center? How long is duration? Police dispatch?

DBAA: Banner upgrades and OS updates on February 16th, Sunday during normal maintenance hours.

SMT: Begin thinking about a good time for a NetApp/NAS (Skipper/Minnow) event requiring downtime. Could wait until after commencement (5/16). Approximately 7:00am until 2:00pm would be needed.

CTSSR: COOP Plans due in early March. NI&S still has some Risk Assessments due as well.
