SETI: Middleware propose to use their Monday maintenance window to move from CAS/Shib authentication to Login on 11/9/2015.
DBAA: New communications plan. Will be migrating away form internal calendar to using the SAMS Google calendar. (attached)
NI&S QA: Asked about mapping of Big Brother data to apps, services, and dependencies. Effort was begun a few years back by ES and SETI interns. (will discuss BB and Zabbix at CIC)
CCS: Test for DUO on Outlook Web Access coming soon.
CNS PR: Outdoor wireless has been extended to library plaza! (Report on usage, capacity, and performance data) Soliciting suggestions on new locations.
DCM: November 8th is prescheduled for generator load transfer test and annual UPS PM (they will be in bypass mode during this event/5 minutes each).
TLOS: Migrating from Sakai to Canvas. Some faculty and students are already on Canvas. Data migration tool development is major effort currently; date due is a possible issue. Scholar is in code freeze; no planned outages between now and Spring 2017 (planned final shutdown).
