August 15th and 16th; Financial Aid disbursements so no DB maintenance is allowed. 

Due to maintenance the following databases will not be available
from 06:00 AM until 09:00 AM on Sunday, August 3, 2014:

  banner (PROD)
  vtfbanner (FPRD)

Also the following PROD web applications will be unavailable during this maintenance:
  web for student 
  web for employee 
  web forms leave reporting 
  web password change 

During this maintenance the following install will be applied to PROD:
  
  Banner Web General 8.6.2

CCS: 

Exchange Anti-Spam solution is going live on July 15^th (next Tuesday). Question was asked about testing; was this tested? Where? 

Meeting today @ Inn re: Exchange futures; agenda is as follows: 

DCM: 

Full load bank test for all generators needs to be scheduled (done quarterly). Either August or September would work. Mike will check calendar and pitch some dates. Should be transparent to end-user. 

SMT:

NetApp changes will be pushed to October/November timeframe to correspond with changes made in Exchange. Did move NetApp out of AIS domain. AIS domain will go away on August 1, 2014. 

SETI:

July 21st, regular Middleware maintenance window will be used to patch code regarding password change notification. Some changes to accommodate Student Advantage as well. 

IMS: 

Asked about Student Advantage and deployment dates, but no one from CCS was in attendance. IMS will push info from E.D. to A.D. on July 29th. Enterprise Systems and CCS are in charge. Students will have contact account created in A.D., but will only have limited access to services. 

CNS:

Ongoing interruptions due to wireless and UC upgrades. 

NI&S QA:

Hokies credentials will no longer be useable on VPN or wireless effective July 16th. JUNOS Pulse client is now available.
