1. Status of storing PDC Usage Agreement:
   1. in TAS database?
   2. Online at www.pki.vt.edu/pdc?

      
      Not completed yet. People at SANS training. TAS should be updated first then Frank will update the website.

2. Review & discuss project lessons learned topics/questions.

   
   Brainstorming session with all interested parties. Round-robin.
   Use survey.vt.edu to solicit recommendations then meet to discuss items of disagreement.
   Prepare general questions. Get project leaders to complete. Use this as a starting point for a facilitated discussion among interested parties. Limit participation to 20 or less. Include Wednesday status update participants and HR representatives.

3. Review feedback from second focus group session.

   
   * Can we mail (postal or campus) USB extension cables to users?
   * Can the 16K eTokens be used for anything besides a certificate, e.g., web sign on.
   * VTOC operators cannot fit web sign on application and passwords onto a 16K eToken.
