- There was a discussion about administrative override requirements for 4Help.
- CNS has stated that the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service (for OTP2Voice) will be in production by March 4, 2011.
- SMS Gateway/Aggregator service (OTP2SMS)
- Estimated first year cost is $5500 (includes api rental, first time setup, and $3500 for messages)
- John Krallman is going to query the VASCUP LISTSERV to see if anyone else is using a similar service, and/or specifically the Bulletin.net service
- Karen Herrington is going to check with Penn State to see who they are using as a service provider
- Lacking a better alternative John will send the existing contract terms to VT legal for review. John indicated that there are several problem areas with the existing contract terms.
- Andrew mentioned a company called Twilio that may be an alternative.
- There was a technical discussion about PUTs, GETs, and payloads!

- A comment was made about the project timeline that although our estimated completion date for the "PID passwords phase" of this project is June 15, 2011 we were hoping to have something (core services) in place by March or April 2011 to take advantage of new entering students creating new PIDs at this time of the year.
