1. Audit update?

   
   No word from Internal Audit. The preliminary draft report was due on April 20th, most likely delayed because of the tragedy at VT. Mary will e-mail Paul Toffenetti for an update.

2. Status of PDC documentation
   A) Installers & instructions Installer Instructions
   ---i) Review windows XP & IE installer instructions.
   ---ii) Review windows XP & Mozilla & Firefox instructions.
   ---iii) Review Mozilla or Firefox on PowerPC Mac OS 10.3/10.4 instructions.

   
   Kim sent windows installers to Rob Sprague for testing by call center. No report on that yet.
   Kim is to investigate whether installation on windows 2000 is different than XP.
   On Frank's web page "matrix" Non-Intel = PowerPC Mac. Frank is to add the PowerPC term to the matrix.
   Frank is come up with a consistent naming convention for all installers.
   Kim is to ask Joe Kelley whether it is possible to link directly to a specific installer on the download server so users do not have to browse for the installer they want.
   Frank is to drop Netscape 4.7x reference from the matrix.
   Frank will put the new instructions from Kim's group on the development server and have his new hire test the entire installation and configuration procedure.
   The procedure for posting new/updated instructions is to send to Mary & Greg for approval before they send them to Frank to post on the development server.

4. Form for "vouching" for someones identity.
   From 3.1.9 of User CA CPS:
   "Note: If the subscriber does not have a second form of photo
   identification, the subscriber's department head or academic
   advisor must accompany the subscriber to the RAA and sign a
   document stating that he/she verifies the identity of the
   subscriber. This paper will be retained by IRM."
   A) StuTel has pointed out that this "document" that a dept. head is supposed to sign does not exist. Ideas? Draft?
