Kim announced the availability of test certs for early adopters

The early adopter certs are issued by a development CA and delivered to users via email with a default password.  Thus, no testing of the certificate acquisition/revocation/renewal procedures will occur in this phase.

Meeting to explain what early adopter certs can and cannot do and to learn requirements of ARC

ARC also needs to use DoD-approved certificates.  They will have their own Exchange server.  It is not clear if ARC has the proper VT affiliation to obtain production certificates.
