    1. IPS is collecting feedback in order to address issues.
    2. Greg will schedule a meeting with the advertising/marketing team for Ken to demo Account Manager and discuss issues.
    3. Discussions of look, feel, functionality ensued.
    4. Daniel said that changing any account recovery option, including using the Finish button updates the date stored.
    5. Karen suggested that since we really do not want users to opt-out of calling 4Help perhaps this option could be put on a separate screen and a "more options" button/link placed on the main screen in order to get to it.
    6. IMS would like an administrative override so users that choose to can have the call 4Help option permanently removed from their option choices.
      • This raised the question about how to turn it back on after it was turned off?
