This was an audio seminar from the Association for Information Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education (ACUTA) on "Technology-Related Implications of the 2008 Higher Education Opportunities Act"  This seminar's purpose was to cover what ICT professionals on campus need to know about the new requirements imposed by this legislation in the areas of illegal peer-to-peer file sharing, emergency notification, and distance education student verification.
