     • We discussed the thought and effort we are putting into in-person identity proofing. The pros and cons. One question we need to consider is what LOA is needed by university executive management for using digital signatures? It was suggested that if we have enough information regarding whether to start with a LOA 2 versus 3 certificate, i.e., issues involved, pros and cons, needs and desires, costs, usability, perhaps a white paper could be written for Erv in order to get a management perspective and some direction.
