1. September 23, 2008 - Mary, Pat, Judy meet to discuss StuTel support to issue PDCs to university employees
2. September 29, 2008 - Mary, Joyce, Frank, etc. meet to discuss 4Help support for PDCs for university employees
3. October 8, 2008 - Original PDC project team leaders, plus Joyce Landreth and Susan Brooker-Gross meet to discuss rollout to university employees beyond IT.
   • Decide whether or not other remote TAS sites can be set up to issue PDCs.
   • Decide whether or not to remove TAS restriction entirely or to add orgs upon request (and from whom to accept the request).
   • Discuss this timeline.
4. October 13, 2008 - Based on decisions from October 8, and approval from Erv, have a "soft" opening. Remove TAS restriction that limits issuing PDCs to people in specific org codes
5. October 20, 2008 - Complete KB articles for digitally signing Outlook e-mail, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDF
6. October 21, 2008 - (Fall DCSS) Based upon decisions from October 8, announce that university employees outside of the IT organization with appropriate affiliation/org can obtain an eToken with a PDC.
