DBAA/ES:
Banner updates on March 11; last day of Spring Break
CMS updates on March 2nd-4th or so; downtime for authoring, but sites will still be available.
Desire to move to new ESX environment before that, but this would be fallback date if not done.
CCS:
Monthly patching for MS due this weekend. Meltdown and Spectre will be done on this cycle. Firmware patch still pending. Virtual Machine Environment and VWS environment will require special actions. These steps will begin after Saturday's updates.
ITEE:
ServiceNow update was performed yeterday (to Jakarta).
NII (including Facilities):
Matt will begin reporting on issues and maintenance activity for switchrooms and other telecom/equipment rooms across campus. Impacts from power outages would be included. Will ensure these types of activities are included on the SAMS calendar.
DCP:
-Generator test and PM of UPSes are due. Sunday is no longer an option per contract. All these tests should be transparent to the user, but we should be aware. Desire is to do this before the nd of the month. Might need battery replacements for one of the UPSes
-On the storage side, NetApp patching is due. Probaly wouldn't require downtime, although CFS reconnects might be required.
