Discussion: How to send in SAMS (maintenance) information to the group prior to meetings. Decision to have everyone update the calendar with their own information -- other ideas still welcome. 

Maintenance Updates 

• CCS - Monthly Microsoft patching, VM down Friday (2/14) afternoon, Saturday (2/15) patching, starting to experiment with patching during the day
• DBAA/ES - Banner production Sunday (2/16) morning
• NI&S Facilities - Routine HVAC maintenance, final fire suppression billing happened
• NII&S Network - Basic maintenance, upgrading wireless across campus in next couple of months 
• SIS - Code VT maintenance Monday (2/17)

Reminder: Unusually high amount of maintenance restricted dates in March 2020

• March 2, 3, 18, 19, 24 & 30
