---Impact on all operations; date still to be determined; normal maintenance days are 5:00am-7:00am Tues/Thurs, but special arrangments may be made for this event. Stay away from November 1st. Course request are happening week of October 19th. Banner install is November 8th. Drop/Add begins November 30th.
- TAS deployment: October 19th, 2009. NOVA will be enabled to issue tokens. Will not require a Hokie Passport to obtain a token; will still require two photographic IDs or Department Head verification. Currently no apps, but they want to have the tokens before developing them.
Future News: LT will be piloting a Sakai based course evaluation system in December. Existing system will eventually be phased out. By January all apps will be upgraded. BlackBoard (minor change), DyKnow, old course evaluation to new hardware. Major update to Sakai in late January. (Sakai=Scholar)
