  1. There was a discussion about the requirements specification document and some requirements being contained in the usage scenarios and left out of the general and functional requirements.
  2. The developers think the requirements specification document is too detailed. They stated a desire for it to me more concise.
  3. Kevin agreed to review the requirements document and add any requirements from the usage scenarios to the general and functional requirements.
  4. All developers are using JIRA for development work and tracking.
  5. There was general agreement to do a "code review" sometime in the near future. The code review is part of the project quality control.
