At the 1/9/07 PDC documentation & communications meeting we discussed the possibility of forming 1-2 "focus groups" for the purpose of getting feedback on the IT PDC deployment. It was suggested, to perhaps choose focus group participants from IT folks that had "problems" with the PDCs. Joyce & Judy created the attached (click Attachments tab) report from the trouble tickets showing reported PDC "problems".

Next steps?
1) Review this report and choose a representative sample of users for a "focus group" session.
2) Draft an e-mail invitation to these users.
3) Invite users perhaps using Outlook "plan a meeting".
4) Draft questions or text for focus group discussion.

    I added a second attachment that contains the pid, name, title and department of each user with a reported trouble ticket.
