    2. The matrix on the pdc home page has been updated to link to the Windows Netscape installation instructions submitted by Kim Homer.
    3. The reference to "Terms and Conditions" on the Requirements page has been changed to refer to the document as the "Usage Agreement".
    4. The font for all references to eToken Middleware which can be downloaded has been set to bold font.

Greg & Mary to send e-mail request to computing@vt.edu

  3. Status of form for "vouching" for someones identity.

From 3.1.9 of User CA CPS:
"Note: If the subscriber does not have a second form of photo
identification, the subscriber's department head or academic
advisor must accompany the subscriber to the RAA and sign a
document stating that he/she verifies the identity of the
subscriber. This paper will be retained by IRM."

    Susan is drafting a form.

  4. Proposed web page for requesting certificate revocation

Concensus was to remove the 4Help URL as revocation needs to be done over the phone.
This (linked above) web page content is to replace the content found here https://secure.hosting.vt.edu/www.dev.pki.vt.edu/pdc/stoleneToken.html

  5. Status of Susan & Kim's websites strategy? Strategy & Mock-up for PDC Related Web Pages

    Deployment senario

    1. Keep the Announcement text shown here.
    2. Replace all remaining text following the Announcement text with the text on page 3 entitled 'New/replacement PDC page' here.
    3. On the 'New/replacement PDC page' under item '1.' the links for 'eligibility, schedule, bring' are to link to this on a separate web page.
    4. Also, on the 'New/replacement PDC page' under item '2.' the 'link to instructions' should link (on a separate web page) to the content on page 4 entitled 'Installing and configuring software to use your PDC' which is the matrix we have been discussing. I believe we also agreed to include text similar to "Click a green check mark below for instructions for the combination of operating system and browser that you will be using." to replace the first sentence. Then, of course, the green check mark links should link to the new instructions supplied by Kim Homer's team.
    5. Finally, item '3.' on the 'New/replacement PDC page' should link to the already existing text here.
    6. Once these updates are complete Frank is to notify Mary & Greg who will review and release for publication to the production web site.
