Attach forms, templates and worksheets under 'Tools'->'Attachments'. NOTE: If you keep the attachment name the same you get automatic attachment versioning. However, only the most recent version is displayed here, to see previous versions of an attachment you must navigate to the 'Tools'->'Attachments' page, then click the right-arrow next to the attachment to see previous versions.
