  1. Discuss and finalize changes to Account Manager
    1. We want to minimize the 4Help option by hiding it, perhaps on a second screen or page
    2. Middleware will investigate a "verify" service call
    3. Discussed pre-populating the 4Help option for everyone with a default value of yes so users could call 4Help for a password reset
  2. Discuss changes to text recommended by VT Legal
    1. There is too much text in the suggested wording from VT Legal, it need to be shorter
    2. Suggested change from "one time code" to "password reset code"
    3. Kevin will shorten the text and double check with VT Legal (Mark Gess) before sending modified text to Andrew
    4. Ken requested a review of Account Manager from ITSO and it passed their security tests
  3. Testing
    1. By the end of next week (5/6/2011) all components need to be in pre-prod so Kim's group can begin testing
    2. Kevin will complete Test & Deployment's test request form
  4. Kevin plans to remind Joe Hudson about agreed to IVR changes
