    We also need to think about text for the subject line. Suggestions:

    1. Getting started with your VT eToken
    2. Getting started with your VT personal digital certificate
    3. More information about your VT personal digital certificate
    4. Welcome to your VT personal digital certificate

    Personally, I like 2 the best.

    I guess now that I'm reading this again just now and based on our decision earlier to use PDC instead of eToken or PKI or digital signature I suggest we change "eToken" to "personal digital certificate" in the first sentence.
