Meeting Notes

  1. Some Account Manager design changes were made at the 20110419 - April 19, 2011, SSPR project advertising-marketing team meeting.
  2. We need to decide how to programmatically handle the call 4Help option.
  3. The default value for the 4Help option is null.
  4. There was discussion surrounding initializing the 4Help option value (for all users), versus leaving it null, versus setting the value only by some user action, versus programmatically setting the value on exit of Account Manager assuming the user did not want to change the default setting.
  5. There was discussion about saving individual option dates versus saving dates for all options and when to do so.
  6. It was decided in this meeting to "on load, if null, set call 4Help option to true". Plus change the Finish button to an Exit button and remove the Cancel button. Plus, if the UI cannot be tightened up to fit on a single screen then the Exit button needs to appear at the top of the screen as well as the bottom.
  7. There was a brief discussion of the "Verify" screen that appears to users after one year has elapsed since their account recovery options were set. Andrew stated that only the dates of the options presented on the screen (those previously set by the user and visible on the screen) are updated. Options not set are not displayed and left alone (but settable by clicking the "I want to change these options" button).
