Facilities: Data center generators full load transfer scheduled for Sunday, August 4th, starting at 8am. and completed by 10am.

DBAA: This is pretty far out, but we're planning the fall Banner upgrades for Nov 2-3, 2013, Saturday and Sunday.

SETI: E.D. deployment scheduled for July 15th may need to be done a bit earlier to accommodate NSO check-in.

CNS: July 26-27th, 2013 network outage still scheduled;  VT Home page *should* be online for external access. Full list of updates and final schedule will be provided by July 15th. How long each service will be impacted is still at issue.

SMT/SS: Enterprise VNX maintenance is scheduled for this Sunday, July 14th. There is concern over those systems using multipathing software. Some of the servers did not handle the failover well causing reboots. Server admins will need to be alerted so they can check file system statuses after the maintenance. TLOS will ensure Scholar will be available by switching over production access to the storage in Cassell. Time schedule for event is still pending.

Calendaring issues: Should things like NSO and first day of class go on the SAMS Event calendar? Who decides what goes on the calendar? Color coding might help---red means blocked/green means okay, but you should be aware. What about maybe? Joyce and UCS staff will share events they believe should be considered for inclusion and we will discuss further at future meetings.

CTSSR: Risk Assessment process is still ongoing. Lots of dependencies need to be included from the application side since infrastructure is critical. What does the natural gas generator power for RB XIV? More on the NI&S side needs to be done.
