The charge to this group is to review proposed dates for deployments and maintenance, and to resolve potential conflicts. Each designated group must be represented in these review sessions. The group is charged with holding all members accountable for ensuring that deployments and maintenance are considered by the group. Conflicts that cannot be resolved must be escalated to Line Managers.

This group will ensure that IT workgroups and teams post scheduled deployments and maintenance on the Information Technology Critical Dates Calendar.

Recommendations to enhance or replace this designated calendaring tool, may be made in collaboration with IT project management functions.

The coordination group will verify that provisions are being made for communicating deployments and maintenance to the appropriate university user communities.

This group does not supplant existing technical and advisory committees; rather, it supplements other groups' activities with a focus on ensuring maintenance activities are properly coordinated, announced, and documented.
