SMT: Dates needed for NetApp OS update (to 8.3; major update); thee possible dates–Saturday, October 22nd, and then Sundays Nov. 6th and 13th. Anticipates this to be non-impactful but will announce as an outage and will affect Exchange. Time estimate not known, but less than three hours is probable. DBAA has maintenance scheduled for November 13th, so would need to coordinate. Nov. 6th is change back to standard time. BoV meeting is scheduled for Nov 6 and 7. What about 11/5/16? Will NetApp folks be on site? Need to schedule them? Will fix a memory leak issue that is causing intermittent problems with NFS mounts going away briefly. TLOS impacts are likely higher if downtime is encountered.
