ITEE: IT Status + maintenance activities. IT Status is now on a ServiceNow module. Still manual as far as reporting, although more automation will be forthcoming. Status and maintenance activities are separate. Likelihood of capturing the existing calendar of activities in S/N. Need for differentiation of private vs. public events. Current calendar is being consumed and displayed; is there anyway that a tag can be placed in the Google info so that it can be correctly posted on the S/N side? DBAA has a process that reviews the Google calendar and decides if an email needs to be sent to Techsupport and others. That code will be shared with the S/N support team for possible use. How much of this can be done via API or other automated interfaces? Some caution needs to be used here to ensure false positives don't cause a cascade failure or inaccurate information.
Computing used to have an RSS feed where pages could pull data to pages or monitors. This does not exist in S/N. Work is being done to at least allow for use with display monitors; Also a Twitter feed will become possible.
SIS/Middleware:
- ED 4.4 Deploy on April 24th; pretty small deployment.
- Remove old DAT permissions; everyone has been moved over to use the new one. Now based on entitlements instead of groups. There is no direct correlation. IT Council members will also be engaged and given some access. Online documentation is available. Try this Link -->

- Certificate Authority Manager upgrade on April 24th. Software-based Personal Digital Certificates will come with this new release.
ECS/G-Suite:
Google has offered a test of Google Cloud entity. Ron is going to talk to Kevin Rooney about the possible use of this for other integration.
SMT:
April 22 @ 12:01am; desire to takeover/giveback of cluster data; also a Firmware update would be done. No impact is forecast. 1-2 hours max. Cassell fiber channel switches also need to be dealt with, physical relocation in racks within the room; A&B channels are present, but no date is yet established.
Data Center Program:
UPS on B feed is still down. Parts due by Monday, but bus bar is not a stock item so still not scheduled.
ITSO:
New RPZ DNZ server (NOPE) is being deployed.
