This report shows mean ratings and written comments for the physical environment question.

Security settings impact what you see!  The report includes results for class sections that are associated with your personal access settings.

What information is provided on the default view?
 

Ratings tab

Default view shows means ratings for rooms in one or more buildings. It is sorted by the response mean.

Participants is a count of students who responded to the physical environment question for the given location.

Response Mean: Is the average rating on the physical environment question for the given location.

Comments tab

Default view shows written comments for one or more locations. It is sorted by column, from left to right. Use the GROUPING option (top of the report) to select the building and room.

Participants is a count of students who responded to the physical environment question for the given location.

Response Mean is the average rating on the physical environment question for the given location.

Essay Response Text shows written comments on the physical environment question for the given location.
