The Finance Reporting Menu displays all standard reports created by the Finance Reporting Stewards and available to Virginia Tech finance consumers. 

 

A link to the old WebJob Legacy Reports is available in the upper right corner of the menu as well as a link for Help options.

 

How to run the report you want

Reports are listed in alphabetical order and grouped in relevant categories.  For example, all monthly reconciliation reports are grouped under “Reconciliation”.  Clicking on the report name runs the report.   Some reports are available in multiple versions, such as Transaction Detail, in which case a sub-menu will open allowing you to choose the desired version.

 

Tip 

Each report will open in a separate tab.  While your report is running, you can easily return to the menu tab and fire off another.  Be sure to close unneeded tabs when you finish with your report results.
