I recommend removing the following from the list of Stakeholders:

Virginia Tech Police Department

Applied Research Corporation

These groups might have a use for the soft PDCs, but they are not driving or sponsoring the project, nor do they have a support role.

Under Support Services, I suggest removing the second reference to ED-ID. If you want to distinguish the ED-ID service from the Enterprise Directory Registry and LDAPs used to publish the certs, you could list:

ED-ID service - to provide name, UID, and email...

ED-ID (Enterprise Directory Registry and LDAP) - to act as a repository...

I am somewhat confused by the workflow in the UC6/US1 Success Scenario. It is not clear if the "user" in step 3.j. is the administrator or the person who has requested KP recovery. How does the administrator deliver the PKCS#12 file to the requestor? 

Version 1.1 of the SRS will inlcude the following updates:
1. VT Police Dept and Applied Research Corp will be removed from the list of Stakeholders.
2. The second reference to ED-ID in the Support Services list will be removed
3. The UCS6/US2 Success Scenario will be updated to clarify the process
