The IT Low Risk Project Form for this project has been approved and digitally signed by John Krallman, the project sponsor, and has been posted to this project WIKI.

The RFC822 domain name constraints have been updated (4/24/2014) in the XML template and Issuing CA profile for the Global HW Token User CA to remove the "planetcomputing.org" and "livingknowledgesociety.org" domains which Ed Fox indicated are no longer being used.
