Subject: Notes from RLAN Kickoff meeting

Here are the notes I took at the meeting we held at the beginning of the month.

RLAN Project Kickoff Meeting: 05/01/12

-All equipment has been received, with the exception of some 1Gbps cards for the Gigamon have arrived.

-Coordinating installation and implementation. All of ITSO equipment will be installed in the AISB machine room.

-ITSO recommends firewall configuration; CNS manages/administers. May use ECO process to document firewall config changes. Can update on the fly/immediately if necessary. Let ITSO enter change orders.

-Public drops for ITSO increase by 3. These are probably already there at CD48.

-Coordination of human resources for CNS will be an issue.

-June 15th target date for interconnections between ITSO and CNS equipment so testing can begin.
