    2. Discussion of the use of CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA. What about users with disabilities? What if user opted out of calling 4Help?
    3. Implementing GR19 adds significant complexity.
    4. Usability is a issue.
    5. Should we leave GR19 as is, or change it to put a CAPTCHA on all screens?
    6. Recommended to leave GR19 as is for now and revisit it after the meeting with Internal Audit on December 21, 2010.
    7. Please review "7. Appendix" for wording of "Notifications" sent to the end user. Send feedback to Kevin.
