General comments
Is there anywhere on the site that explains to the unknowing user the difference between VT Root CA, VT Server CA, and VT User CA? It only tells you how to install them, but not what they're used for. I see there are power points in the Learn More section, but maybe there could be a link to the power points or the Learn More page somewhere under the VT Root CA, VT Server CA and VT User CA pages.Getting Started
Install VTCA Root https://secure.hosting.vt.edu/www.dev.pki.vt.edu/gettingstarted/start.html
Are Quick Installations not available for Netscape or Safari? Why? And it should be explained in a short sentence at the top, the difference between the Quick and Manual Installations.

On the Learn More page, it would help to explain in a sentence or so what each power point is focused on. This will save time instead of having to search through the power points to find the information you're looking for to help you "learn more."Subscriber/SSL server
Request a Certificate

The first sentence doesn't sound smooth with the ellipsis. It should say: "The Virginia Tech SSL Server Certificate enables SSL authentication and encryption services for networked application servers such as Web servers, Email, etc. Application servers connecting to Virginia Tech..." or just have "Web servers and Email."
"PIN" implies all the characters would have to be numbers. Is this correct? Or can you use other characters...Middleware

#5, it doesn't say anything about using Safari. Is there a reason for this? This is the same with the Request a Certificate page under SSL server and almost all of the pages under Policies and System.Jack - Mostly this is because the Production pages don't mention Safari, that and Safari is mostly a Mac program and stock Mac mice only have one button so the only thing you can really do is double click on links.

Instead of having #1 as #1, it makes more sense to have it at the top to describe the links, and then make #2 start as #1 since #2 is the start of any real instructions.
#6 should provide a link to the glossary or to the PKI FAQ page for PKCS #12
- How should we plan to coordinate www.pki.vt.edu/pdc with information on computing.vt.edu and in the Knowledge Base? Reporting structure of responsible teams?
- PKI/ PDC support? IRMBANN?

What are the CCO and UCS responsibilities related to PDC (Personal Digital Certificates) or PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)?
Answer:
1. PDC tickets are handled by the fishbowl or escalated appropriately. The CCOS should enter a ticket into Remedy and click on the Re-queue button to transfer the ticket to the Fishbowl/UCS. UCS is responsible for support of:
