Token/Hardware Related

  • Users have a lot of devices to carry

  • Nobody seems impressed with the timesheet signing application to the extent that they see the token as adding significant value. (This is under the hardware section since it is about things the token can do and not the functionality of the workflow/timesheet application.)
  • The token needs space for multiple certificates and certificate chains. Many users want a cert from a well-known CA to sign external mail.
