    1. A few issues have been documented in JIRA by SETI Test and Deployment (Kim).
    2. javascript is required for this application and Kevin commented that as long as it comes from the same domain that is fine

    1. Summer orientation presentation
      • Kevin is waiting to be contacted by Joyce and/or Anne
    2. Text displayed to user approved by VT legal
      • Kevin confirmed that what we are currently using in pre-prod was approved by Mark Gess (VT Legal)
    3. What are we doing for advertising/marketing
      • Greg will schedule another meeting of the group asked to help with this.
    4. IMS administrative override for Account Manager
      • Two different override features are in place. Still needs to be tested. Needs an approval process developed. Going to use "groups" to implement but the groups required are not documented anywhere, only in the middleware code.
    5. Procedures for walk-in password reset at StuNet
      • This has not been completed. Contact Joyce to get the ball rolling.
    6. Do we need another presentation for Internal Audit?

      • Kim is developing some as her team tests. Need to contact Joyce to discuss what is needed.
  3. Discussion about a "soft launch" on June 1, 2011
    1. Move middleware code and IMS changes between 6:00-7:00 a.m.
    2. Account manager and Kevin's code will be moved to production before June 1st
    3. Links to CAS and MyVT will not be added until the afternoon of June 1st. This will give all involved an opportunity to make sure all their applications are functioning.
