Space for Members of SAMS

The Scheduling and Announcing Maintenance of Services (SAMS) group is charged with the review of proposed dates and anticipated scope of impact for Division of Information Technology (DOIT) deployments and maintenance, and to resolve potential scheduling conflicts.

SAMS is also charged as a Change Advisory/Advocacy/Approval Board (CAB) to coordinate changes, both technical and process related, that might affect services, users or other IT units.

The SAMS group will typically meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 9AM.  Any changes to the date or time or any cancellations will be communicated prior to the scheduled meeting.
